Open a case

For the issuer: freeze a holder and open a case with a public reason. You sign with the issuer's wallet and pay the network fee.

Only this contract's issuer key can open cases. On the demo that key belongs to the demo issuer (GCCLIE…VIDM23). To see a case opened against you, use Try it live.

The file stays on your device. Only its fingerprint (SHA-256) goes on-chain.
